What to eat post work out?? Tilapia and Mango Salsa!

This was really great post workout! I steamed the fish and broccoli and then layered it with the mango salsa.

For the salsa:

chopped mango

chopped red and yellow pepper

chopped green chili

chopped red onion

freshly grated ginger

lots of lemon juice

fresh coriander

bit of mint

a splash of apple cider vinegar

Mix everything together and leave to sit for awhile in the fridge.

This was SUPER delicious.
