Pan-fried Sage Tilapia

Hey everyone!

Today  I made a batch of ghee. SO PRETTY and golden!!!!!!!!!

Ghee is great because the lactose and caesin are removed so its well tolerated by people who are lactose intolerant.

Now… down to business. FOOD.

Damn this was good!

Chop up 4 sage leaves really fine, take a big blob of ghee, heat it up and add in your sage. Let it all cook a little bit and then add your fish to the pan. Sear it on both side… and eat 🙂
