Basil + Olive Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast

Hello!!

There are no words that can do justice to how delicious this recipe is.

So I won’t ramble…

For the pesto:

Lots of basil leaves, black olives + salt in a blender… blend away!!!

1. make your pesto

2. slit open your chicken breast and stuff in the pesto

3. heat up coconut oil in a pan and cook the chicken on both sides until it starts to brown

4. transfer to the oven and bake at 180 until done.
