Pumpkin Porridge

This is AWESOME post workout or for breakfast.

or anytime really. Anytime is a good time to eat awesome food 🙂

Cook up a butternut in the oven until it is nice and soft. Scoop out the butternut into a pot, mix in 2 eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and some ground cloves.. top it off with coconut and strawberries and some more cinnamon. YUM.

I’ll pretend I made this in winter.
